Write to [email protected] about anything on the site: a question, a mistake you spotted, a word that's missing, or an idea for a tool you'd like to see. We read every message and reply to as many as we can.
There's no contact form on purpose. Email is simple, it works everywhere, and it means we don't need to collect or store anything through the site.
Report a word
Our word lists are big, and we filter out offensive words, but now and then one may slip through – or a word may be missing, misspelled or wrongly defined.
Use the Report a word page – also linked at the bottom of every page and from the menu on each word. It opens your own email app with the subject already filled in. Tell us the word and, if you can, the page where you saw it. Ideas for new tools are welcome by email too.
What happens to your email
When you email us, we receive your email address and your message, just like any other email. We use them only to read and answer your message. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't share your address, and we don't collect anything else about you. For the full picture, see our privacy policy.
