What the word scramble generator does

How to make a word scramble worksheet

  1. Add your words. Paste or type your own list, or choose random words and pick a difficulty.
  2. Keep the first letter (optional). This leaves each word's first letter in place – a helpful hint for younger solvers.
  3. Uppercase (optional). Shows every scramble in capital letters, which many early readers find easier.
  4. Number the list (optional). Adds 1, 2, 3 and so on in front of each word, so it's easy to go over answers together.
  5. Scramble. Each word gets a fresh mix of letters.
